Invitation letter

Due to regulations in Sweden, an official invitation letter will only be sent to individuals who has registered and paid the conference fee.

The invitation letter will be individual and specific to you as a delegate. Information of what information is needed for the invitation letter will be communicated with you when you need it.

This is the process with invitation letters

  1. Register to attend the conference.
  2. Pay the registration fee.
  3. Send an email to and ask us to send you an invitation letter.
  4. We will tell you what kind of information we need to create the invitation letter, and when it’s done we will send it to you.
